Job Description
Dilawri Rossocorsa Racing is looking for a skilled and motivated Motorsport Mechanic to join our racing team on a part-time / seasonal basis.
The role involves working on race cars during test days and race weekends, supporting all mechanical operations in a fast-paced professional motorsport environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and maintain race cars before, during, and after test days and race events
• Perform mechanical work including inspections, repairs, and routine maintenance
• Support trackside operations during sessions and race weekends
• Assist with car setup changes as directed by engineers or team management
• Ensure tools, parts, and work areas are kept clean and organized
• Work closely with drivers, engineers, and the rest of the team
Requirements
• Previous experience as a motorsport or high-performance automotive mechanic preferred
• Strong mechanical knowledge and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure in a race environment
• Willingness to travel and work weekends
• Motorsport experience is a strong plus (Ferrari / GT / racing series preferred)
• Team-oriented mindset and professional attitude
