Job Description
Dilawri Rossocorsa Racing is seeking a professional and personable Hospitality Hostess to support our team during Motorsport test days and race weekends.
You will be the first point of contact for guests, drivers, and partners in our hospitality area.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist guests in the team hospitality
Support hospitality operations during events (set-up, service coordination)
Ensure a high-level guest experience aligned with the team’s image
Coordinate with team staff during busy race weekends
Maintain cleanliness and organization of hospitality areas
Support Drivers during the event weekends
Requirements
Previous experience in hospitality, events, or customer service preferred
Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
Friendly, proactive, and calm under pressure
Availability for race weekends and travel
Motorsport experience is a plus, but not required
